Re: Hormone Replacement Therapy E4 Women

I am finally getting around to adding more study links on menopausal hormone replacement that I started in late September on this thread. Re: Doctor visit to get Coronary Calcium Scan order - strategy?

Sometimes there are key phrases or conditions that will get you the golden slippers... Re: Reversing Heart Disease with Diet

Hep and PG - glad to hear that the vegan diet has worked well for you. The Esselstyn study is remarkable for CAD results, following 11 people long term with excellent results. The published Bredesen protocol has similar remarkable results for cognition, following 10 people for a couple of years. Bot...

From my notes from provider training July 2016 (JulieGee, chime in!): More likely: No symptoms Subjective cognitive impairment or mild cognitive impairment, especially if identifiable contributors (ie ...

Welcome Bernie! I joined in August and am impressed beyond words at the tenacity and determination of this group. There is a lot of information to sort through, and I learn something new and valuable every time I poke around. Looking forward to your participation.

Re: Nutritional and exercise plan based on a person's individual genetic apo e genotype

This was a very good article, thank you. Just a bit confused about the part that said fish oil can cause AD in us. Here is the abstract of the article to which Dr John Day was referring: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19748619 The subjects were taking 3.7 grams of DHA daily. No other doses wer...

I like the look and streamlining. No longer see donation request. Did I miss it or is it no longer there?

Re: New Worm Research about Vitamin D from Buck Institute

Were the worms sunbathers or on supplemental Vit D? I often wonder if higher Vit D serum levels from natural sunlight are more beneficial than from supplements.
