Re: Neurologist consultation

Oh of course I can ask about oestrogen. I need to ask her about promethazine anyway. Re CR: She was specifically talking about my sister Gilgamesh, who became anorexic after her husband died, not your method of CR. Sorry, I've looked back at my report and it wasn't clear. She agrees CR if done prope...

Neurologist consultation

ok, I promised to report back on my neurologist consultation. This morning I spent an hour with the top AD neurologist in my country who works with one of the top neuroscientists in the world. Oh gosh she knows her stuff. She's spent some years in Boston in research in this area, and is half clinica...

Re: Promethease Tools

I'm still traumatised by Promethease's way of showing APO status. Like no option to hide it, just top of the list "bang".
If it had been hidden with an active opt in option, I wouldn't have looked. Seriously.
I'd actually rather not know any more TBH.

Re: Mercury concerns in fish overblown

I suggest you look at mercury per species in your particular country. It's not one size fits all. For instance in mine, the ministry of fisheries has analysed all our local species and there are many that one can eat unrestricted, and many more that are safe in 3-4 servings a week - according to WHO...

Re: Amitryptilene

well 5 nights off and so far so good. I admit to taking a sliver of zopiclone the first 4 nights because I was terrified of not sleeping, like an eighth of a tablet (I think you call it zolidem), and last night 3 mg melatonin. Had 7 1/2 hrs sleep, woke naturally so I'm a happy camper!
