Re: Has anyone used the Dynamic Neural Retraining Program?

Gundry interviewed"Lectin Free Mama," Autumn Boyle. She had all kinds of issues and my daughter, who follows Autumn, says the course mentioned in the interview is Annie Hopper's DNRS. She talks about it in the interview.

Re: Does having APOE4 protect you from getting the Coronavirus? .... Maybe

First clinical trial for Coronavirus - 24 G IV infusion of Vitamin C https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04264533 It's a very high amount, probably to prove efficacy. Normal IV's are like 10-15 grams. But, long story short if you have some vitamin C daily... even like 200 mg, it will likely help...

Re: What if I ate nothing other than raw egg yolks?

Are such issues likely to be present when eggs are eaten in isolation? What were the associated tests? Hs-CRP He doesn't recommend eating 48 eggs a day, so his patients would eat materially less. He does care about autoimmune issues and what people eat and what they eat eats. He tests many cytokine...

Re: What if I ate nothing other than raw egg yolks?

I'm thinking about the Vital Farms Organic (orange carton) eggs. Would these still have the grain issue? Dr. Gundry has observed that his patients eating omega 3 eggs don't have the inflammation issues (on labs) that other eggs can present. Hence perhaps organic omega 3 eggs. I think they feed flax...

Re: Intermittent Fasting

For all the members doing IF, I have a question (I'm new here) Dr. Fung recommends to do different types of fasting to avoid homeostasis. I mostly do 18/6 every day with a break every now and then. I am thinking about making a combination and would like to know what your experience is. For example ...

Re: How to get neural agility program from dr bredesen

I was watching a video of Dr. Breseden speaking, and he mentioned a meditation/neuroagility program which can be found free of charge. I believe it is the same program being referenced in this thread. Could someone please send me the link that is being referenced? My e-mail address is caterinawhite...

Re: Dr. Michael Lin, neurologist Weill Cornell, NYC

I just listened to the podcast from Attia and Isaacson. Attia mentioned dr Bredesen and dismissed his work citing that he reviewed Bredesen work and supporting studies and said that less than 30% can be proven. Frankly it kinda frustrated me. I listened for 2 hours and got very little helpful infor...

Re: Question about calcium

My 2 cents. There is a test, EXAtest , which purports to look at intracellular levels of these electrolytes. Usually need a functional doc to order, though any doc can order. I did it 15.5 years ago when I first presented with afib. I learned my magnesium levels were borderline low and Ca levels hig...
