I like this. So now, instead of "Darn, I have to go exercise" I can think of it as "Out of my way, I'm gonna go grow my hippocampus!" Maybe Fitbit should morph their 'steps' and 'miles' to 'mm increase in hippocampus size' milestones? :-)

I just took the test and identified rather quickly the different greeble. However on posit science I have recently been doing the exercise that is similar to this and at first was really frustrated, but have improved my visual /brain acuity a lot it seems. As a 66 yr old 4/4 who has 2 older sibling...

Good catch on the cortisol mention, Searcher! That's what I was thinking when I asked Rainy about 'relaxing,' but I wasn't very specific in my choice of words. Thanks for adding something I didn't even realize I forgot. :-)
