Re: Celebration Thread! Biogen is going to the FDA with Aducan.

I hope readers find my comments interesting. Admittedly, aside from dental surgery there are few things that I have less enthusiasm for than writing for.. er.. fun. An occasional, "Well said J11", or "I couldn't have expressed that idea better myself" would be greatly appreciate...

Re: Rookie diet plan....needs review and critique :)

Any ideas on getting up on the weight? I was very lean already! Was going to add some starchy veggies maybe sweet pota...

Re: 5 lb potatoes and 1 dozen eggs?

I don't explicitly think something is wrong with the approach. I am wondering if it will negatively interact with being apoE 4/3. I would say there is a lot of potential for this to negatively interact with your ApoE3/4 status specifically, as well as your more general status of being a human being...

Re: Recommended Blood Tests

I have an appointment with my new general practitioner in 10 days and want to present him with a list of blood work I am requesting to detect which of the 36 holes in the roof I need to patch. The Bredesen book goes into daunting detail but I have not been able to find a simple, unadorned list of b...

Re: keto, weight loss, hunger

Thanks for the reply, and thanks for the reinforcing feedback that what I have worked out so far is not sustainable. I will start working on implementing your suggestions. Just to clarify - the .5 - 1.0 readings have all been later in the day. I will do a reading on a "normal eating" day ...
