Re: Electrolytes

My go to combo is Redmond Real Salt, Lo-Salt, and chelated / chelated Magnesium. Usually the salt in the morning, lots of salt with a little bit of lo-salt on food, then Mg at night. If you're really running low, a small blip of insulin / carbs seem to do the trick particularly well. Thanks Apod, y...

Re: Is Red Wine OK?

Besides being delic...

Re: Electrolytes

I use Solgar Potassium Magnesium Aspartate , 3x/day. The best one for you may depend on your symptoms and reasons for taking? I take mine for muscle cramps. There's something called Salt Sticks I think a lot of athletes use. Lots of other options on that page too. Thanks! I'll have a look and see..

Three months on from stopping I'm back on prozac again at a low dose. I had got through the flu like withdrawal symptoms and was kind of OK, but getting very lacking in motivation and very lethargic. I think for me it is a key to doing the other things such as swimming, which has helped lots over th...

I also had a look and thought the supplement didn't look that great and could probably get it already from foods and a fish oil capsule.

Re: E4: why no urgent push for structure correctors, gene editting?

Well, in general vitamin deficiencies aren;t good, are they? I'm unsure about the blogger and how correct he is, but think we have seen studies recently saying having good levels of vitamin C or B its, for example are better? So that would not tie in would it. :? I'm short on time too, sorry, but HD...
