Re: 4/4 and both parents

I found out my 4/4 status a few months ago from 23andMe. I am an active 53 year old woman with teenagers at home. I knew I had a good chance of getting Alzheimer's since both of my parents had it, but it was still a shock to get genetic confirmation. Both of my parents were highly educated and trim...

Re: Heavy Metals testing

I'm completely perplexed. My blood tests were within normal range. Then my doc ordered Doctor's Data, the provoked urine test, and my mercury and lead tested REALLY high. He of course recommended IV chelation, which I wasn't so sure I wanted to go ahead with. I have instead been doing oral DMSA, wh...

Re: COVID-19 Recommendations from U of AZ

Don't stop taking your L-selenomethionine supplement and if you aren't taking this supplement you will want to start taking it. My husband Dennis N Crouse is a chemist and has spent the last week and a half reading about COVAD-19. He is a chemist and spent his career (he is retired) in the field of ...

Re: Is anyone taking Metformin for longevity (or considering it)?

If anyone is looking for an alternative to Metformin for increasing longevity you should consider drinking silica rich mineral water. It is more effective and safer than taking something that is not made by the body or essential to the body. Silica is an essential nutrient. Drinking silica rich mine...

Re: Type 3 Alzheimer's disease

L-selenomethionine is a safe and effective way to remove mercury from the body. It has been demonstrated that targeted detox of humans being chronically exposed to mercury is possible by taking 100mcg of selenomethionine daily for twelve weeks. The group being supplemented with selenomethionine had ...

Re: Fiji water (silica rich water) - Reversal of Alzheimer's

6.5 to 8.5 pH is the range recommended for drinking water. So you are within the range. The question is how it tastes to you. I like my water on the acidic side so I’d like your water. You can add a little more sodium bicarbonate if you want to increase the pH. Fiji is around 7.6 pH.

Laurie: On another forum that I am on, has a member that mixes one drop of Hubner's colloidal silica in water and drinks it...if she’s using filtered water, what would be the difference between this method and your husbands method? Thanks! I think I answered your question under another thread but o...

Re: 10-ingredients that could cause Alzheimer’s

I can't help but think of Japan, where seniors have long healthspans and among the highest longevity in the world and they eat a lot of soy products. Granted, in their country, they're non-GMO, very minimally processed, and more often fermented (tempeh, miso, natto) and therefore lower in anti-nutr...
