Re: Trying to figure my APOE type

Don't know if this exists, but I would be grateful for any other resources specific to the APOE 3/3 type . Pretty much everything applies to E3/3. 4/4's tend to have a sensitivity to saturated fat in the diet, so 3/3's may have more latitude. Otherwise, the info in our Primer. and Bredesen's books ...

Re: Trying to figure my APOE type

WOW - thanks Tincup for your speedy response - now all I need to do is figure out where to go from here - guess this explains my memory issues!?! ApoE3/3 is the most common and not at high risk for memory issues. Great to know, Tincup. Unfortunately I do have memory issues, but probably result of y...

Re: Trying to figure my APOE type

Hi Tincup - I'm looking for the same info as wm00 - my original test came from 23 & me and I ran it through Promethease - I looked at what they sent and I've stared at the SNPedia page you linked till I'm goofy, but can't quite determine exactly what I have. The genomes as they are printed out ...

Re: Trying to figure my APOE type

Anyone know how I can figure out if the 2 APOE genes I have are APOE4 or not? The SNP's you want are rs429358 & rs7412 See here for the interpretation. Hi Tincup - I'm looking for the same info as wm00 - my original test came from 23 & me and I ran it through Prometh...

Re: Chronic Inflammation as a contributor to Alzheimer’s

Congrats on removing several of your mercury amalgams,CathyS. I couldn’t help but wonder if your increased pain might have something to do with your daily Aleve. See this. I know how difficult it is to break this pain cycle without using OTCs. Are you already using a good fish oil capsule with curc...

Re: Question about Supplement Brands

Thankyou Susan and Floramaria. Yes I will stick with Iherb for the bulk of my supplements. I did order a multiB Complex (recommended by Rhonda Patrick for some family members) from Swanson some weeks ago and I’m sure it’s on its way somewhere. With all the lockdowns worldwide the delay is to be exp...
