NF52, Thank you for your reply. As you know improving sleep is a slow work in progress. I did reduce my melatonin dose from 5mg to ! mg, last night and it seemed to help. CarrieS, Thank you for the sleep information. I have been doing intermittent fasting (18 hours ever day) with two 40 hour fasts as well.
