No actually was logged in on wife's account. I was talking to a doc today and telling him about your numbers and he thought it was impossible without major drugs. So Man you are killing it, great work.

Been vegan a few times in my life, just a hard way to keep muscle for me. It also has significantly decreased my strength when straight vegan. I do not eat any pork or beef, but do eat fish, chicken and turkey now. Just n=1.

Haha G I am in so many rabbit holes that I live under ground now. I have looked at this before and was intrigued, then more rabbits. I will look deeper into this and give you my opinion in a few days. Agree with your doc, can't hurt.

Plus some major side effects, thyroid cancer risks seem high, other issues as well that need to be controlled for in future studies.
