Re: Lipid Results

Ski...I'm preparing for my lipid appointment tomorrow and not looking forward to it due to the slight increase in ldl and decrease in hdl. Anyway, I was researching further the benecol angle. Re: Soy and dementia

Re: Lipid Results

Ski..did he elaborate on the benecol statement? You know I'm taking it and I see my lipidologist next week (insert fingernail biting). Meanwhile I'm enjoying a free beach house with a good friend..you could call it " lipid appointment prep therapy"

Re: Quick Curcumin Question

Thanks Spunky...I checked and I have double green on MAO...yay for me :). Julie, I am taking curcumin not turmeric. I think my latest batch is just a potent one...which may be good. I'm only taking one pill a day for now.

Re: Gina99 Intro

Hi Gina...we're on a similar path right now. My daughter's sample results came in two days ago...it seems weird to say "yay, she's a 3/4", but I was worried she might be double like me, so a 3/4 seems like good news. My mom's sample is due any day and my dad's in a couple of weeks. Both of...

Re: "Five Diets" website

YAY Chris...thanks SO much for popping in. I was thinking "he's in the wind and we'll never hear from him again"! Sorry about your recent unexpected travails...IT does happen; sounds like you're back on track though. The 4/4's here are especially concerned about finding the optimum diet fo...
