I stopped several years ago due to idiopathic tachycardia, palpitations; and absolutely do not feel well if I do heart and mind.

Ummm yes at times they say I am psychic. lol. Really just an abnormal ability to remember detail and intuitive connection to people which I understand has a lot to do with how parts of the brain are connected in the brain. And I would suppose that anyone with any type of brain stem or lumbar/disc abnormalities or POTS, should also take this under consideration. An example would be someone with adult hydrocephalus that has not been diagnosed, i.e. Running in hot weather may not be a good idea.
