I checked as you sow and i think my consumer lab membership expired... but i doubt it's on consumer lab (if it is, I'd love to know!). Sadly I once bought a bag of those keto cups (forget which flavor) an...

Re: Lead and Cadmium in Chocolate

Since the "MADL is a level at which a chemical would have no observable effect, even if an individual were exposed to 1,000 times that level", I'm not worried about my daily ounce of Endangered Species 88. Hi Marc, It might just be me, but I'm having a hard time following your logic here....

Re: Lead and Cadmium in Chocolate

I noticed that ConsumerLab's Top Picks has replaced the Endangered Species 88% dark chocolate recommendation with Montezuma's 100% cocoa Dark Chocolate Absolute Black. It is high in flavanols, lowest in calories per 200 mg flavanaols and very low in cadmium (as usual no mention of lead amount). It's...

Re: Great Article re: Women's Brains

The Model Fitness Show podcast recently interviewed Dr. Mosconi. They discuss her perspective on the brain and dietary fats and cholesterol including ketosis. She is still not a fan of ketosis but supporting the Mediterranean diet. Might be worth a listen to hear some of her reasoning. The transcrip...

Thanks, I am same as you. I once did the blood test and it came back normal. You might order that to look under the hood a bit.
