I'll be testing it soon too I hope, and I eat a ton of wild Alaskan salmon and sardines. I dearly hope I don't have to give up my salmon! I think testing is wise before giving something up like that, maybe unnecessarily. We don't really know, I suppose, how many genes are involved with metal clearan...

I wonder if Dr Bredesen will have something he wants to do to balance out the Val/Val. Maybe as long as the hormone levels are showing up good there's not as much worry. I was surprised it doesn't raise the risk of PD.

Sashimi ... great idea! I'm so used to going for the rolls. I like getting the seaweed, not for anything E4 that I'm aware of, but just because sea veggies seem good? And the rice *may* have resistant starch, but the rolls make me bloated (carageenan in the seaweed?), so I will try sashimi

Kitano my vote if you can get them is pastured (i.e. not pasteurized -- is that what you mean by free range?). In addition to the chickens living closer to their own wild state, I think they aren't fed soy and grains, the inflammatory nature of which could be passed on to us? Some specialty stores a...
