He says that if your trig. are high then you have small ldl .. in looking at my numbers from before .. where sdLDL-C was tested.. I have high sdLDL-C 38 and optimal trig. at 71 .. are APOE4's the exception to this?

yes.. I am going to certainly give it a go.

I'm a little confused by my last doctor's panel.. what is the Non-HDL-C 189 number (I was working out like crazy back then.. 2012

Are you saying here that my saturated fat is low? My diet is actually too high in sat. fat. or maybe I'm not understanding.

I have been immersed in Dr. Esselstyn, Caldwell, Fuhrman research/reading.. I have stopped a lot of meat at least .. but I haven't made the turn yet.. and holiday was a lot of sugar, pizza, etc.. so bad. I have to do it. My Glucose was in range at 89 .. have never had a high reading. Haven't had A1c...
