I recently tried a variation on this formula with maqui berry powder + erythritol + apple cider vinegar + sparkling mineral water. It packs a turn-your-tongue-black level of polyphenols.

... about using Stevia in the lemon bars? Some recipes need the texture of granulated sugar and some not. It depends on recipe! Have you looked into Erythritol? Maybe make lemon bars with almond flour crust and erythritol instead of sugar... for a special treat. They keep in freezer!

... will go nicely. I like baking.. although pretty new to it. I made an enormous meyer lemon tart last month with almond meal in the crust and Erythritol in place of the sugar. Perhaps not ideal food choice but healthier than most sweets and so nice to have a little piece of something sweet.
