Hi Nick, I know! I hear you about the B-Vitamins. This is the one I take, but note that it is a higher dosage, which I needed to take in order to get my levels back up to normal, so maybe they make a lower dosage for you. Oh, makes sense. I thought some were also saying it's best to quickly encapsulate it. Better chances of not spoiling. I've never had a problem with Nordic Naturals in liquid form.

Hmmm, I've been taking Nordic Naturals Fish oil (liquid) for years. Are you all saying that it's best to take the capsule form because of it becoming rancid more quickly while exposed each time I open the bottle?

Alysson, it may be a coincidence, but I too just tried Ashwagandha last night with a small dose of melatonin and I woke with pain in my index finger thinking a possible nightshade connection? I also peeled some zucchini into ribbons and perhaps that may be the cause, not sure? Will have to sort it o...
