Re: Animal protein: TMAO and/or AGEs?
I am sure I just read that garlic seems to offset the TMAO from meat. Will look to see the reference.

Re: Anyone for the UK fancy joining a new meet up?
I would be keen on getting to know the UK group. I can share our experiences on running the Bredesen programme.

Re: musings on APOe4
Totally agree with all that has been said. It's important not to get carried away with 1 marker and I would even say the APo E4/4 without looking at the bigger picture. We all need to practise what we know is general good health. Eat well, mostly plants and not too much, exercise often not too hard ...

Re: New Alzheimer's Drug?
I dug around for the paper and have included it here. Comments would be appreciated. What was nice in the news pieces I have looked at online on this product is the Chinese researchers are looking into AD as a multi-factorial disease. Good to see more joined-up thinking.

Kat, here is the reference booklet,
Cost in UK is always more expensive. I think it was £640.
Kat reference file is too large to send on ApoE4 site.

Re: New Cyrex Linx Test
We ran our first patient through the test just last week. Pricey test (here in UK) but some valid 39 markers of Auto immunity and only some markers for food that react with brain tissue. Lots of valid test results that are looking to what the immune system is reacting to as far the brain. We think i...
