For those considering the use of caprylic acid I have a had confirmation that Doctors Data strongly suggest regular testing of GIT microbiology as long term use may compromise benificial bacteria.

The issue with these studies is that they rely on soley on BMI which is not a good indicator for health just by itself.
Biomarkers such as muscle mass, fasting insulin, Inflammatory markers and others are a much better than just weight/BMI.

Re caprylic acid its used as a treatment for bacterial overgrowths so lpktentially affects commensels as well. Not something we need an a daily basis

Hi Julie Just a quick note re lectins in pea protein. NuZest a NZ company make a pure pea protein with lectins removed and no added anything else. I find even with filters on phones and laptops still dont work prpoerly. Avoiding screens execpt tv after 5pm is very effective and avoids 3.30am waking
