Re: Elevating HSP through Infrared light therapy or/and extreme cold (wim Hof orcryotherapy)
Thanks Theresa. Here is the most recent article I read : https://joshmitteldorf.scienceblog.com/2018/08/26/heat-shock-cold-shock/. My neighbor is a fitness geek like me and he actually gave me all the HSP info saying it did the same thing more effectively than cold. I think the cold therapy is a bett...

Elevating HSP through Infrared light therapy or/and extreme cold (wim Hof orcryotherapy)
My neighbor uses 20 min infrared therapy and fasting to reduce pain(usually headaches from rare neural condition). I am using wim Hof breathing, cold exposure (showers and emersion in >65 degree natural waters) and 16 hour daily fasts to reduce fear and aversion to cold, increase the dilation and co...

Re: Great new podcast - Peter Attia and Jason Fung
The next podcast I listened to on Drive was #18(Sep 10, 2018, Dr Richard Isaacson, M.D. Alzheimer's prevention Cornell). I am continually on the radar for anyone citing new research or theories on balancing/homeostasis with fasting, autophagy, ketosis and maintaining weight. Most seem to stop just s...

Re: Great new podcast - Peter Attia and Jason Fung
Once again balance gets lost in frenzy of finding a process that breaks through to allow folks to heal. I agree with your last point. There is not enough information to make a decision on what is lean, what is a healthy fed state and how does one find the balance . Also is autophagy good for the ver...

Re: E4s Have Earlier Menopause Onset?
Hi I am an 4/4 and was in peri-menopause from 43-to 59. Didn't actually have menopause until 59 and boy did my gynecologist and I do a "happy dance"!

Plumster, I did not stop B12. They did recommend I stop another vitamin which I wasn't taking at the time.

Re: NAD/niacinamide
Hi Brian...I am really interested in this. I recently had my first visit to Dr Gundry's clinic. The recommendation from his PA is: if you want you can continue to take NAD every other day(100 or 250 mg) but definitely take"regular Niacin" which she also referred to as "Niacinamide &qu...
