Re: Inhalational Alzheimer's?

Don't judge by one test, a few variables could be at play. Your on antibiotics? I will talk to Brian at VCS.

Re: Glucose/Insulin 3-hour test result

Actually the true test is pure glucose, so again Mr. George is on it.

Your welcome Stavia, and glad Hubbs went to or is continuing with Cardi doc.

Re: Glucose/Insulin 3-hour test result

I understand what George is saying. I commented earlier in another thread about how impressed I am with the fact that his analytical mind helped with his diagnosis and that his tenacity and diet helped him deal with his afib successfully. Great work. But as a medical person I completely agree with S...

If that is not a stud, what is ......studmuffin is a non- derogatory way to ...

Re: The end of the diet wars?

The guy Dr B sometimes recommends for diet is Joel Furhman. I think most of us diet stricter than what he recommends, but it is a good start to see where you are at as a new patient on the protocol. It is more moderate and does help with compliance, which is the key for the MEND protocol.

Re: Ketogenic Diet: Transitioning, Experiences, Reasons, Cautions ...

George awesome detailing of what you have done and why it works for you. Hats off my friend, for having an engineering mind,(analytical) and the tenacity to see it through. Good for you as well, for not to jumping on the Dig train. My dad did and in my opinion it is what led to his death, eventually...

Re: The end of the diet wars?

Short answer, very effective in my opinion. You still retain all the benefits of keto: Insulin control, weight control, glucose control, and the variety keeps you happier. People on this site are very dedicated, you have to remember in the general public, being on any diet is torture for them. So whe...

George do you also take Magtein along with your di-mag?
Very interesting how you can keep afib at bay just with supplement, good for you.
Not sure if any other doc told you, but not so common to be able to do. You hear n=1 stories, but in reality most people fall back into meds.
