Hi New Ron,
I saw this on the TV programme it's pretty popular in the UK. Seems to highlight a need to more research to be done on coconut oil as this was quite small scale and short term. I'd also be interested in the participants baselines.

I would second coconut flour...I've used it in stews, sauces and gravy but as hill dweller says definitely add it slowly because it absorbs water really quickly!
