Re: "Bulletproof" Coffee

I am wondering if anyone here drinks high-quality coffee with MCT oil (Bulletproof Brain Octane is one specific brand on the market) and grass-fed butter. If so, how does it make you feel? Do you incorporate this with fasting to utilize ketones? My husband and I have been drinking coffee with healt...

Re: Dr. Joel Kahn: Quantifying Heart Disease Risk and Reducing Plaques in Your Arteries (Quantified Body Podcast)

Ageism in America

I let my hair grow out grey and long....I wear a hat sunscreen and sunglasses and walk a lot but I live in a town where there a lot of young people vying for position and (resources) in a frenzy. I started doing research and this was the first article I found: Ageism and Health The negative impact o...

Re: Gundry's Vital Reds

Thanks for all of the info on this, guys. I've been curious about this one. I may try them at some point. In the meantime, I've adopted a poor man's version by sprinkling organic ground cloves into my coffee. It's not bad. Cloves top the list for foods highest in polyphenols. I read Dr G's book way...

Re: Alice In Wonderland Rabbit Hole with EWG shampoos

I agree with the apple cider vinegar...some also use with baking soda as the shampoo vinegar & water the rinse. I also use apple cider vinegar as a foot soak with water and a little baking soda thrown in for fizz! It is very refreshing and kills bacteria. I haven't tried this yet but I read abou...
