Another option to replace coconut oil is MCT oil. It's the Medium Chain Tryglicerides in coconut oil but concentrated so you reduce the amount of coconut oil that you ingest. MCT is great for energy. I started with an IFM doctor a couple of weeks ago. He cued right in on diet and lifestyle suggestions after learning about my family history. I agree with the suggestion of finding a functional medicine provider near you.
