There are home HbA1c tests. I've never used one, but on other forums heard that users got similar values to lab results.

If you've done 23andme, you could also use a program like Strategene or Rhonda Patrick's report to get ideas of where you could be having problems (for example, like methylation problems, where you'd want to test your folate and B12 levels). Cyrex might be useful if you see a handful of foods that ...
