how do you keep your hba1c values low?

Hi everybody as a 73 y old apoe4/3 carrier i try to keep my hba1c optimal, ie smaller than the 5.6 prescribed by the ReCode Protocol. I eat a low carb diet and 3/4 of the time stick to a 16/8 intermittent fasting. But my values do not drop, they rose slightly in the last 3 year from 5.7 to 5.8. I co...

Re: Bredesen Protocol in Switzerland/Germany

"I have been researching on the Internet and was very grateful to discover the Bredesen Recode program and other holistic approaches. The frustration came when I tried to find a medical practitioner in Switzerland or Germany that could supervise the program. There are none. " Hi Andrea, no...

Re: what is the prevelance of atrophic Alzheimers

Coming back to the AD subtypes. I asked Dr Bredesen at the London seminar on the prevelance of the different main subtypes. He said they are most often mixed, the prevelance of each type being: inflammatory: about 10%, trophic about 30-40%, toxic being the most prevalent being around 50-60%. I was s...

Re: New paper from Dr. Bredesen/larger dataset

Ther paper shows "the real life treatments" usinf the protocoll. The first 2 papers contained much more personal information and more details of the personal treatments, here only 3 patients out of 100 were discussed in more detwil. I understand that the present paper would be huge if it c...

Re: what is the prevelance of atrophic Alzheimers

Hi NF I want this info just for the sake of knowledge, as i am writing my homepage. I think it is an important figure to be known to the public. And Dale Bredesen mentions in a 2016 paper that the toxic A is about 10 % of the total. Myself being a 4/3 i have run quite a few blood tests, but not havi...
