Regarding smell:
  • alcohol doesn't smell good (to me) so no problem
    coffee I can understand―smells good & can perk me up a little (e.g. being in a coffee shop)
    but bread, pastries, candy―I avoid walking past bakeries bc definitely not the same as tasting!

Rather than a Jaguar which is "solitary and stealthy," I choose the Tiger which is "solitary and strong." btw, I saw both as a frequent visitor to the Cougar Mountain Zoo when I lived in Seattle.

...I also started taking Activated Charcoal, and although it's not helping w the actual keto rash, it appears to help with the itching. It works as an Adsorbent (unwanted proteins bind to it and they're whisked away out of the digestive tract, so to speak).
