Orangeblossom, I agree it is hard to drink so much olive oil. However, the answer may be that you don't have to drink it all, rather use it as main cooking oil. The Mediterranean diet specifies using EVOO as the "main cooking oil" as in stir fries, and in the food frequency lists specifies...
