Re: Help, please. Just received 23andme results - Spoiler alert
Hugs Drae NF52, Thank you so much. That was a world class response. I read it over and over last evening and felt extremely blessed and well cared for. No wonder they made you a moderator! I know the news did hit me pretty hard although my mind keeps saying the gene doesn't matter. The fact that I ...

Help, please. Just received 23andme results - Spoiler alert
I have been searching the forum and wiki, but can't seem to find info on what to do with the report to turn it into useful info. Help, please.
The top bit of info was I carry one copy of apoe4 and mentioned LOAD (which is what I thought I have the symptoms for). I am 67.

A New Month in Cronometer Land
Attached is a screen shot of the Cronometer Nutrition report from the four days this week I logged the food. This is pretty typical. Screenshot 2018-03-09 at 8.21.19 PM.png The macros are running carbs 17.6% fats: 68.7% protein 13.6% I think I should certainly be happy with those. The wall I hit eve...

Re: How I determined what things to work on -- My personal protocol goals
Stavia! Thank you. I value your advice and your confirmations very much. I remember you advised me to "chunk it up" early on and that encouraged me to develop this. Full circle! If you see me stop doing these things (it will be ongoing, I suspect) please give me a heads up to read the Prim...

How I determined what things to work on -- My personal protocol goals
I was asked How I determined what things to work on . We discussed answering it here, mainly because it is a great question, and, it is helping me to look at it. I hope others will share their process with us. I read Dr. Bredesen's The End of Alzheimer's in early December (two months ago). Because I...

Re: Progress Report February
Thanks, Susan. That is a so much more reassuring reason for tracking than obsessive compulsive.
Just a note that I added blood pressure for March to original post (for posterity).
