Re: Fermentation Classes in Seattle in October

Oops, I see there is a list earlier in the thread. We'll bring those items and will contribute a snack and some sparkling water.

Re: Fermentation Classes in Seattle in October

Hi Berri, I'd love to come but my mother-in-law is visiting so I don't know whether or not we'll be going somewhere next Saturday. If you get enough people to have the class for sure, I'll try to come.

Re: Risk Factor Question - Family History

And in younger age groups there is so much obesity and much more exp...

Re: Calling all Alzheimer's Activists!

I like this latest round of names! I was trying to think of something that captured the grassroots nature of this group and initiative, and thought of "Alzheimer's Prevention Action Network", which I think is probably too trite, but maybe someone has a better idea along that line. Or Banis...

Re: Faster cell aging in apoe4 women.

Iv`e read the reports about apoe4 women having shorter telomeres and faster cell aging. Is there any way to prevent this. I tried going on HRT once for 3 months, but all it did was send my cholesterol sky high. I'm reading Lifespan, by David A. Sinclair, Phd, which is about cell aging. I've also li...

Re: Higher phosphatidylcholine protects against dementia

Thanks, Julie G. I'm an 8. I knew I wasn't managing methylation correctly, but now I know how badly I'm doing. And I have some better direction on what I should do.

Re: Brain Health and Research Institute opening in Seattle

Does anyone know more about the program or if she is still working working with Dr Bredesen? My understanding is that she is no longer working with Dr Bredesen or AHNP. My parents worked with her for about a year starting last summer. At that time, she had split from his program but said she still ...
