Thanks Pal :) I jog really slowly, and got my cognitive recovery after my head injury jogging every day on a treadmill (well first walking clumsily but building up ;) ) so I think my brain is fine with my slow jogging/walking. One needs the higher level intensity exercise to promote BDNF you see. So...

hello everyone I have recently found out that I am homozygous for apoe4 ie e4/e4.
