Re: Getting started on ketogenic diet
We need to get started as soon as practical on a ReCODE conforming diet that will cause WEIGHT GAIN. My wife is underweight and losing weight. At her last physical the Dr. told her to not lose any more weight, and she has. We are cutting out sugars and eating lots of vegetables. We are beginners an...

Re: So much information and I am confused
I just joined this forum a few hours ago, and I too am very confused. I recently found that I am E3/E4 positive and I truly have no clue where to begin. I bought Dr. Bredersen's book but the supplement list is so overwhelming. Can anyone make a suggestion as to where to begin? Is seeing one of the ...

Re: Unfortunate side effect from melatonin.
I had the same diarrhea issues described here. I quit using melatonin (I was taking 2 pills at night as a sleeping aid) and the diarrhea symptoms disappeared. Incredible what an apparently innocent OTC drug can do to your body. I found this thread quite by chance as many other websites don’t mentio...

Re: best supplements for immediate short term memory??
Let's discuss specifics and get into supplements and vitamins for memory loss. But, there are a lot of questions I got for you. Do you currently exercise? What is included in your daily diet? Do you read at least any book? These are all factors that contribute to healthy brain functioning. Getting ...

Re: New and confused
I really appreciate the input y’all have given me. I’ve been a mess and my kids can see how upset I am. I guess I’m not hiding it very well After reading these responses I was able to go have lunch and enjoy time with my baby. These past few days have been filled with reading the internet The most ...

Re: Practitioner in Dallas/Ft Worth
Hi TJM, we are also looking for a practitioner in Dallas that is certified in the Bredesen Protocol. Were you ever able to find one? I found one at the Carpathia Collaborative named Dr. Christiansen but she is very expensive and was hoping to find a less expensive option for my folks since they are...
