Re: Whiskey/brandy for longevity?
Well, there is (one) study that shows alcohol (even moderate) is detrimental for E4s. I suspect that in the past alcohol helped longevity because it killed microbes. Re: No Cure in our lifetime - Bad title, interesting article
That seemed like more of an opinion. It looked (to us close to a decade ago) that amyloid plaques were more of a marker than a cause. Yet many trials continued to find ways to remove it. Each experiment that worked at removing plaques, also made the cognition worse. Odd that they kept running new tr...

Re: Slacklining: Vestibular, working memory & more

Re: No cure for Alzheimer’s disease in my lifetime
I enjoy myself more when I'm healthy. So far, generally everything that mitigates AD risk also mitigates other diseases.
So far, the countermeasures are enjoyable also.

Re: Exercise-Very Encouraging Study. What is your Exercise Prescription?
I've read there are different separate benefits with HIIT, moderate exercise and endurance excercise for BDNF and mitochondria. My guess is try to fit in all 3 to be optimal, but I have no idea of the perfect way to mix it up ...

FYI, I think the recommended dosingfor mk4 is different than MK7 (mK7 considerably less) , which sometimes leads to confusion.
