Just an FYI,
I read a while back that the old herpes zoster shingles vaccine reduced cold sores. I haven't seen anything about new shingrix yet. Taking lysine has proven to cut down cold sores as well.

Do Danes eat as many carbs/grains ? Fish intake? Vitamin K2? There might be clues if the AD rates are less in E4/E4

The above, plus spinach has nitrates/nitrates and also picks up minerals in the soil - so not good if there is a lot of lead or something (iron or calcium will tie up lead though). That being said, it's still really good for you.
