Hi Drake,
Yep use the food processor with shaving attachment. I don’t take off the jackets unless they have yellowed. I also cut the ends off. You will need to cut them to fit in the feed tube of the processor. Not at all like kale chips. More like coleslaw size. ENJOY!

Brain since your total testosterone is 260, I wouldn’t go up on your dhea since it can increase testosterone and cortisol. Will be interesting to hear what your new practitioner says. Ps the color of blood is a very general indicator of oxygen content but subjective and not used in medical practices.
