Associations of fats and carbohydrate intake w CVD and Mortality

I know I am preaching to the choir, but I was very impressed with the scope of this study 18 countries, 135, 000+ people over 7 years. "High carbohydrate intake was associated with higher risk of total mortality, whereas total fat and individual types of fat were related to lower total mortalit...

Re: New here? Some Best Practices

Welcome short circuit!. We're all in this together sorting out best practices and finding what works for each of our individual selves. We call these N=1 experiments. I'm wading my way through "Plant Paradox",(PP) Dr. Gundry's book and slowly making my way through Dr. Bredesen's too. I lis...

Julie beautiful pic and most importantly you have begun a conversation about APOE4 that is growing. APOE4info has been in news in a big way lately. May it continue! Thanks for all your efforts! These will be great to review. Thanks for making it possible. The meet-up was so fun and great to connect with my APOE4 family. Look forward to all of us moving forward with current research in our N=1 experiments, sharing the knowledge and improving our health.

Re: Does ketosis cause AD?

Stavia- I agree the more sustainable strategies the better! I had been testing with my precision Xtra but no more sticks so I'm planning to change to the Ketostix that offers blood and glucose testing. I'm interested in knowing what my glucose is doing with all these ketones floating back and forth....
