Re: Fermentation Classes in Seattle in October

Re: Canadian (Toronto area preferred) ReCODE Practitioner needed
I found this practitioner, Shawna Darou MD. She's located in downtown Toronto. There are also a few places that offer ReCODE (in Etobicoke, Montreal, Alberta), but she's the only one I found in Toronto center. It seems she has completed the ReCODE program training - I found her intro below: "A...

Re: Ready to Quit
Beans and whole grains (emphasis on whole) are extremely healthy. I would not leave them out. I completely agree with you Plumster. I'd taken them out years ago when I eliminated foods to combat inflammation and felt great. Little did I know that by taking out whole food groups, we are eliminating ...

Re: New Member
2019 has been the year of healing. I Lost 40 lbs and made it back to my college weight. Made it out to Bangalore, India and had a Yogi master realign my hips and legs and he got rid of pain I had been experiencing for the past 18 years from a knee infection. I had been restricted from doing hardly ...

Re: Fermentation Classes in Seattle in October
Hello Seattle folks! I'm still mostly in 'lurking mode' with this forum, so don't get on all that often. But logged on today and did a search for "Seattle", found that there's a fermentation class coming up! I'd love to join. Any details on the specifics yet? Thanks! I think that Berri is...

Re: Fiji water (silica rich water) - Reversal of Alzheimer's
Hi Laurie, I have questions about the Britta filter. I have a Woder undersink filter and they say it filters out aluminum. I don't know if your husband has tested that filter to see if that is accurate? If my filter already filters out aluminum, do I need to perform the Britta step? Or will the wat...

Re: advanced glycation end products
One thing I did recently in the sous vide that was fun was a Cornish game hen. Sadly it was Tysons but at least it was antibiotic free. Whoo Hoo! We had some chicken wings that I'd marinated. I usually put them on the grill to cook and they end up burning a bit so we put them in the sous vide on so...
