I just ordered ox bile. Hopefully it will help with my digestion of fats and cholesterol. There is a theory that poor digestion of fats may cause the keto rash.

Just wanted to say that it's been about a week since I stopped drinking coffee after noon, and my sleep has gotten ~50% much better! And I haven't even started drinking Decaf yet, so it will probably even get better. This forum is great
