Re: A favourite dish to eat

I am salivating reading about everyone's favorite foods. I may take some of your recipes and add them to our Wiki page. There is another thread where you can submit your recipes--it's never too late to send in your favorite ones!

Re: Gundry Soda

Re: VENTING about ridiculous horrible stupid food environment!

I pack a ton of edible snacks in a bento box when I'm on the road by myself or with my spouse. Nuts, seeds, celery with almond butter, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, bite-size raw leafy greens, finger-food leftovers, etc. It keeps my hubby from grabbing crappy road food at gas stations. :-) I'm al...

Re: Lost in the rabbit hole -- want a reality check.

Lets all think about our purposes. Mine is to live my life with joy and passion, do my best, strive for excellence, but have fun. To value relationships. To try and make decisions rationally, ethically and justly. To face obstacles with courage. Certainly my purpose is not to count my saturated fat...

I've also noticed that the Annual Alzheimer's International Conference is in Chicago this year, July 22-26. And, as always, please feel free to shout out if you'd like to host a regional meet-up just to socialize. Hi Julie G--I might be interested in attending the Annual Alzheimer's Conference in C...

Re: New Here - 3/4 & Homozygous A1298C (C1298C)

Hi justmarie, we are glad you found us. I'm sorry that you lost your parents so young. I imagine that could make learning about your higher risk for AD more of a shock, since you did not experience AD in your family members. I wonder if some of the lifestyle changes recommended in the Primer will al...
