Julie, Thanks for the clarification, it's very interesting! Apparently Brussles Sprouts appear to reduce TMAO and I also found this, much to my delight; In fact, when DMB was added to their drinking water, they found TMAO levels and the formation of arterial plaques both declined. Another gadget, yippee!

How does a weighing scale measure PWV...and for that matter how does it measure fat/muscle/bone mass? Surely the latter three are just pure guesswork using an ohm meter?

I'd like to hear reports form anyone who's used this device.
