Re: Gut - Brain connection confirmed (according to this paper)

Re: Phospholipid Therapy Review

We've essentially concluded that the potential warnings surrounding choline supplementation should be heeded in the context of an overall unhealthy diet/lifestyle. That said, this is a perfect place to practice personalized, precision. For instance, I've recently learned through the Prodrome Blood ...

Re: Is there research showing benefit of low fat diet for apoe4 phenotype?

A low fat (<25% of calories from fat) has been the recommendation of a cardiologist for a pa...

Re: Questions about Apollo recipes & cholesterol

Why does the Apollo site have so many recipes containing butter, coconut oil, MCT's, saturated fats we aren't supposed to have and other foods we are not supposed to eat? I thought Apollo was specifically tailored to ApoE4's who absorb cholesterol at higher rates than the general public and therefo...

Re: Eztemibe reduced LDL but not ApoB

Hi everyone, I thought I would update my post since my recent lab test results show I finally decreased my ApoB to 80 (from 125 in March). Hooray! My LDL also dropped further from 192 in March to 102 recently. I guess my body just took a while to adjust to the Ezetimibe. Good news! I can't answer y...

NordicMyst Krill Oil has 110 mg DHA -- not much of an improvement...
