The 10am on Sunday was fine for me. The time and day took us out of the heavy traffic period. The down town park in Mill Valley sounds good to me. I put July 14 on my calendar.

Rice or oatmeal work for me. If you took instant oatmeal with you and got some hot water, it should work. Some type of custard with milk and eggs or plain yoghurt might work.
