I have issues with my blood sugar running a bit high even though I am not officially pre-diabetic, and I am apoe4/4 So, my question is, i...

I typically eat doing a 16 : 8 plan, and keto, and I eat plenty of calories (nuts, olive oi...

Re: Does Alzheimer’s affect the absorption of nutrients and calories?

I wonder this too. My mother was always overweight a bit, but now she is thin for the first time ever. Although she looks great, it is weird that she could never lose weight , and now while not trying or even knowing, in her Alzheimer's state atlhough she eats, she is thin.

Re: Not all Omega 3's are the same...?

I take 1 or 2 pills of Nordic Naturals and I also eat fish. I am 4/4 and definitely think it is best to high dose. I have turned to a 70% fat diet and haven't gained any weight. Good fats and oils are working for me.
