Re: Post examples of your meals here

I took inspiration from Urban Poser's recipe. I had been meaning to try it out for a long time. I don't do cashews at all in the house (mycotoxins) and so I used blanched almond flour mixed with a little bit of tapioca flour as well to mimic "gluten stretch". I also used 1 egg instead of ...

Re: Describe your ideal MCT formulation

I've been following the evidence as it relates to the usefulness of LPIR as a biomarker of impending IR, it's pretty impressive... Re: AD as type 3 diabetes, educating family doctors

In your concierge model, do these affluent people have better health from just the doctor interaction alone and take more responsibility? Or do some think they are paying more so they should get better value which means the doctor has to do more and they do less? I do not have direct experience as ...

Re: Describe your ideal MCT formulation

Re. IR labs: fasting glucose, insulin, A1c. For the whole MetS picture, I also like to include BMI, waist circumference, BP, lipids (esp. TG/HDL ratio.) How do you define, Slacker? I'm not sure there is a clear answer. Which lipid markers are you referring to? Other than TG/HDL ratio, probably not ...

Re: Brainstorming about our 2017 meet-up!

I am sitting in a dark room ruminating about most useful type of group meeting for ApoE4... I tried to listen to as many YouTube recordings as possible from last year's Ancestral Health conference. I found them and the website conversation about them helpful. The recorded dinner conversation...
