Re: New here, devastated 4/4, family history of AD

Hello everyone, Well today I got the news that I have two copies of E4. I'm devastated and alone. I wasn't prepared. My father has AD and it's my worst nightmare. I'm 41. I had not heard that interview yet, so thanks! That w...

Re: Exercise-Very Encouraging Study. What is your Exercise Prescription?

Motivates me to get hot on my sauna plans. For 40+ years, I have very consistently taken extremely hot baths, to the point I am dripping with sweat in the bathtub. I have just always really enjoyed it. Now that there has been so many studies and news on the benefits of the sauna, I wonder if all th...

Re: Is there an optimum eating window?

Peter Attia's email this morning referenced a study comparing time-restricted feeding windows . This study showed shifting a group of subjects to an early 18/6 TRF schedule (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) had a number of benefits: Avoiding food for several hours (in this case, more than 8 hours) before bed may ...

Re: Sleep

Unhappily, Dr Walker doesn't have many ideas about hacking the stages of sleep. He does suggest that a hot bath just before bed increases the amount of deep sleep by 10 or 15% but I haven't noticed any impact as yet. So is there any way, I wonder, that I can intervene to increase the likelihood of ...

Newcomer here

Hello! I signed up a while back but bumbled on elsewhere around the internet before finding my way back here. I'm a 53 year old male, 3/4. I am extremely interested in all of this for obvious reasons. I've read the primer, lurked quite a bit. I know many of your names and many of your posts/threads....
