I would like to just eat food and live my life yep who says we can't with a few adjustments for those almost obvious booby traps when you come to think about what so called scientific research has come up with or mislead even doctors so called respected and smart ones...

everyone is looking at the problem the wrong way. when you decline in condition you lose muscle mass so it is perfectly logical that if your muscles are so weak you cannot walk you are going downhill and no longer functional. What brand and strength do you use?" it is easy to produce so long as you get a pure variety.. read out age decline in its production..so doses increase with age and also time release is useful. arthritis is dis regulation of the immune system so try this is off topic but anyways you brought it...

placebo usually have around 20% effectiveness and some drugs have a low threshold just above to be accepted as it might help many in a large population. gotta love the way medical science works its way more statistical modelling than biochemical process really proves we still at the primitive stage ...
