Re: another fish oil question
Was using the same brand but found one that is only available online that is close. Has higher DHA than the Costco brand. https://www.costco.com/trunature-Triple-Strength-Omega-3-900-mg.%2C-200-Softgels.product.100352944.html?pageSize=96&catalogId=10701&dept=All&langId=-1&keyword=tru...

@cwicker
lipids are a controversial topic in itself. Zetia is another option although it does not have the anti-inflammatory properties of a statin but certainly lowered my values and LDL-P.

Re: ? about Niacin and lipids
Hi all, I am new to the forum. I don't have my genetics tests back yet but both my parents have Alzheimer's (both developed at age 75) and are in long term care. Re: Interesting new studies on Cancer to Sugar in-take connection
I believe this theory has already been debunked. I remember reading some time ago about a study where they completely starved the body of sugar and the cancer cells still found a way to survive and grow.

Re: Increasing cancer risk by taking b vitamins
Are you taking these because of MTHFR or homocysteine or both? Have you done any testing of your B vitamin levels? Susan - I am hetero on these two...MTHFR C677T and MTHFR A1298C. And yes my homocysteine was at 11 and after being on that formula it dropped down to 7. No, Ive never checked my B leve...
