Re: 4/4 with Endometrial Cancer

I did have ovarian CA at age 41 and am now 78. Of course the initial cold turkey post surgery was a shocker but my doctor (at that time things might have been different) preferred I do it that way. The vitamin E really helped. Presently there should be more natural alternatives you might research. L...

Re: More evidence that we MUST manage stress

And no lab tests are required, no practitioner; so probably it is the least energetic and cheapest therapy we can do for ourselves!

Re: Online Fermentation Meetups

Maria, I suggest you look at yours. I checked mine today and so glad I did as I had to pour a lot of brine out of the holding container and put my jar in a bigger holding container. I had used up all my cabbage and maybe filled the jar a little too full. Lots to learn!

Mental Madness

I've been thinking about a malady that seems rather rampant on this website. I would call it Mental Madness and I would define it as a malady that afflicts those who fear cognitive decline. It seems to be more acute with the "newly diagnosed" ApoE4's but is known to persist with just about...

Re: Postmenopausal--anyone here NOT on bioidenticals?

For what it's worth...I had ovarian CA at age 41 and had a complete hysterectomy and was advised to go through everything cold turkey. I found vitamin E very helpful. Of course that was 37 years ago and my body has adjusted. I am 78, 4/4, and do fine with just a pea size shape of estradiol vaginal c...

Re: e3/e4 Atrial Fibrillation and Anticoagulation

Staceypea: you obviously are a good researcher. Had never heard about ICH and E4 reactions. Now that I have just begun Eliquis I'm concerned of course. Please keep us posted as to your progress. I am so pleased my afib seems mild and right now I am on top of the mountain but I know it's nasty in the...

Re: e3/e4 Atrial Fibrillation and Anticoagulation

I'm double ApoE, 78, and diagnosed with A Fib. I do the taurine, and lots of magnesium and keep it at bay pretty well. However, after seeing a second cardiologist, I agreed to go on Eliquis. So far no known side effects. Have you considered something other then warfarin?
