Re: Donanemab, Lecanemab & Remternetug

As I have written before in these forums, the scientific community has critical voices about drug manufacturers not being completely forthcoming with information from their clinical trials. Here’s another on e this one referring to Donanemab with ApoE4 at the center of the target. Published two days...

Re: Donanemab, Lecanemab & Remternetug

This is another result from CTAD of interest. It shows amyloid removal by e3/e4 genotype. But is that a good thing? I'm not saying I don't recognize the toxic effects of amyloid, however, the amyloid hypothesis has been questioned for years and such questions only grew when it was revealed that one...

Re: Donanemab, Lecanemab & Remternetug

I wish we had mandated protections in place. Is this something we can push the FDA for? I too wish we had mandated protections in place to protect our fellow 4/4s, but this has already been attempted. Only after aducanumab/aduhelm approval, did the FDA update its safety-related labeling for ApoE ε4...

I shared this because our mission “is dedicated to understanding the APOE-ε4 allele and how it affects health.” Here's the Appropriate Use Recommendations on ARIA monitoring, especially in ApoE 4/4 Yes, not only are ε4 carriers, especially APOE4 homozygotes at higher r...

Re: Ketoflex 12/3 is **not** organic!

From Ketoflex's wording here: https://www.apollohealthco.com/ketoflex-12-3/ The say "the KetoFLEX 12/3 diet — a heavily plant-based, nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, that emphasizes local, organic, and seasonal non-starchy vegetables...". "emphasizes local, organic.." which is ...

Re: Ketoflex 12/3 is **not** organic!

I have read from Dr. Bredesen's Protocol we should eat organic foods, and KetoFlex 12/3, according to their statement on their website, their food is organic, but after subscribing to the Ketoflex 12/3 meal service, I discovered that not all food they serve are organic. In particular the kale they ...
