Yay on the ferritin. I agree; great reason to eat less meat. I just found this link by Dr. William Davis, talking about niacin. According to him, it is nothing short of a miracle drug- lowers LDL (and small particles,) raises HDL, and lowers TGs. That doesn't seem to have been the case for you :?: I...

That's great news re. your "T" level. What do you make of it? Are you suspecting that your supplements were the culprit. If so, any idea which one? FWIW, I know you're not happy seeing your LDL go up, BUT all of your ratios are moving in a positive direction; higher HDL and lower TGs.
